Marcelo Tenenbaum serves on two Miami, Florida-based real estate development firm: Blue Road LLC. He co-founded Blue Road in 2010 and leads the company in offering various development services that cover projects from start to finish, as well as management and end-user needs. In addition to acquiring, renovating, and managing assets, Marcelo Tenenbaum’s team helps clients meet their long-term investment objectives and receive early dividends and cash flow.

Since Blue Road’s establishment, Mr. Tenenbaum has overseen more than 20 residential and commercial real estate development projects in Florida. Among other residential ventures, he directed development for Blue Bay Tower in North Bay Village and The Highlands in North Miami Beach. His firm’s commercial projects include Ocean Reef Suites and The new Berkeley Park Hotel, both located in South Beach.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Marcelo Tenenbaum is dedicated to charitable giving. He engages with the Sumando Manos Foundation, which supports underserved children in Argentina.
